Our mission is to enhance literacy skills of adults and youngsters in grades 1-12, by bringing love of animals and accessible, appealing materials to all aspects of literacy – including reading, writing, speaking and listening. Along with literacy skills, our program is designed to build self-esteem, and among youth, to teach alternatives to violence and respect for animals, the environment and each other.
